I excel in U.S. immigration law with having extensive experience in this area of law through both work and personal experience. I diligently handled a variety of business and family immigration law matters, including H-1B, E-1/E-2, EB1, EB2 including National Interest Waiver, EB3, EB4, EB5, R1, B1/B2, F1/F2, I-290B Motions, Adjustment of Status (I-130/I-140/I-485)/Change of Status/Extension of Stay (I-539) applications and Asylum applications (I-589). 

I received my law degree from Marmara University and LLM degree from Santa Clara University School of Law. I am a member in good standing of the Bar of the State of New York and a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), the world's largest organization of immigration lawyers. I am also a member of the New York City Bar Association.

Prior to establishing Suita Law Firm, PLLC, I worked at a NY based law firm located in NYC close to fıve years. In the role of associate and supervising attorney, I supervised paralegals and drafted, revised and filed many petitions and RFE responses for various applications. I represented clients before the USCIS, Asylum Offices and Immigration Courts. 

And prior to joining NY based law firm in Manhattan, NYC, I spent several years working as an International Legal Consultant in California. In this role, I provided legal analysis of legislation, regulations, negotiations and other initiatives ongoing basis to business professionals and financial agencies to discuss options to maximize organizational goals and collaborate on legal issues relating to the community.

I speak Kyrgyz, Russian and Turkish fluently.
